Noman Khan

Humanitarian Programmes & Partnerships

Noman Khan is a humanitarian and development professional with over 15 years of experience managing emergency response, resilience, recovery, and development programmes across Pakistan and Afghanistan. He has worked with leading international organizations including Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH), Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Médecins du Monde (MdM), World Vision International, and the International Rescue Committee (IRC).
He has extensive experience in programme management, donor compliance, strategic partnerships, localization, consortium coordination, humanitarian access, and resource mobilization, supporting projects funded by DG ECHO, BMZ, GFFO, FCDO, UN agencies, and other institutional donors.

At Aidtech Innovations, Noman leads humanitarian advisory services, third-party monitoring, due diligence assessments, organizational capacity strengthening, proposal development, and donor engagement initiatives. His technical expertise includes Health, WASH, Food Security & Livelihoods, Cash & Voucher Assistance (CVA), Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), MEAL, and Nexus programming.

Abdul Razzak

Social Safeguarding and MEAL professional

Results-driven Social Safeguarding and MEAL professional with 14+ years of progressive experience embedding safeguarding standards — including Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Child Protection, and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention — across humanitarian, development, and resilience programmes. Proven expertise in designing and operationalising Community Feedback and Accountability Mechanisms (CFM/FAM), safeguarding risk assessments, complaint-handling systems, and survivor-centred response protocols. Skilled in producing evidence-based safeguarding reports, incident tracking analyses, and knowledge products that inform adaptive programming and demonstrate compliance with donor safeguarding frameworks across UN agencies, international NGOs, and bilateral-funded projects.

Dr. Nasir

Dr. Nasir is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in both the private and social development sectors, focusing on economic transformation through value chain and enterprise development. With key roles in organizations like the Sindh Agricultural Growth Project under Government of Sindh (funded by the World Bank), Women economic Empowerment through value chain & Enterprise development in Global affair Canada & Plan International, Char Livelihood Program Bangladesh under Maxwell Stamp funded by UK- AID, and PRAN Dairy Bangladesh, he has honed his expertise in social mobilization, livelihood enhancement, and marketing linkages development.

His impactful contributions include the development of numerous training modules and sessions for women and men farmers, emphasizing leadership, conflict management, business and financial management, enterprise development, and marketing. Through these efforts, Dr. Nasir has left lasting impacts on the economic development of rural communities in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Kehkashan Newton

A seasoned impact, sustainability, and strategic development professional with over 16 years of experience driving measurable change across financial inclusion, climate finance, and entrepreneurial ecosystem development in Pakistan and the Asia-Pacific region. Kehkshan combines deep expertise in financial sector programme design, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement with a strong track record of managing multi-million-dollar donor portfolios (USD 3M+ annually) and delivering results for international partners including the US Embassy, BMZ, UNWFP, UNHCR, and Tearfund-UK.

A Certified Impact Rater (Impaakt) with hands-on experience in ESG analysis, sustainable finance frameworks, and evidence-based programming, she has represented institutions at senior levels internationally, including COP-28, Oxford, and the Lausanne Congress, and currently works as an independent Consultant on Resource Mobilization and Strategic Partnerships, advising organizations on donor diversification and institutional fundraising strategy.

Kulsoom Masood Durrani

Accomplished and impact-driven Partnerships and Development professional with 7+ years of experience advancing climate resilience, humanitarian response, and public health programs across Pakistan and Afghanistan. My work focuses on building strategic collaborations and mobilizing funding to scale innovative development solutions that deliver community-centered impact.

Across my career, I have mobilized and managed over USD 650,000 in funding for initiatives spanning mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), climate governance, refugee support, and emergency response programming. This includes securing USD 350,000 for MHPSS programs, USD 200,000 for SRHR initiatives, and USD 100,000+ for climate-focused and green governance projects supporting vulnerable communities.

I have led the development and pitching of proposals to international donors and development partners including ADB, GIZ, UNHCR, ACT Alliance, CAFOD, DKH, GAC, Oxford Policy Management, and the World Bank, while building partnerships with government institutions, private sector actors, and development organizations to advance climate-smart agriculture, digital advisory services, and inclusive financial innovation for farming communities.

A highly competent social and development sector professional with 17 years of extensive expertise in leading professional development and capacity-building initiatives for globally renowned organisations. I specialize in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale training programs that equip diverse professionals with future-ready leadership skills. Recognized for strengthening institutional and individual capacity to cope with the professional market needs of the day, I bring extensive experience in training and workshop design, content development, training facilitation, and evaluation. I have successfully led complex, multi-district and multi-agency training programs for organisations such as UNDP, British Council, Creative Associates International, Save the Children US, Palladium International, Relief International, Beacon house School System, PDLC, Developments in Literacy, SPARC, CGN-P, and Sungi, reaching thousands of professionals and educators across Pakistan.

Dr. James Liton Karmokar

Dr. James Liton Karmokar is the Founder and Chief Executive O_cer of the International Leadership Training Institute (TILTI) and serves as an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team in the United States. He is
also the founder of Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Pakistan and the Discipleship Training School (DTS) in Pakistan.

Dr. James has established several local and international organizations, including Streams of Love International (USA nonpro_t), the STAR—Strategic Transformation and Reformation Foundation (Pakistan), Joycelyn Import & Export, Joycelyn Fashion, Initiative Business Venture (USA), and the creative
outreach initiative Call for Freedom Drama Team.
